I chose this travel agency quite by accident. For many years I worked with another travel agency. But, unfortunately, this time it didn't work out. Other people, indistinct information. I see signs hanging in different parts of the city "Come with us." Picked up on the Internet. Left a request. The manager called Valentina. There was professionalism in the voice. I already knew where and which hotel I want to go to. I named my prices. The next day I was offered a promotional tour to one of the hotels I had named. Since I worked with the company for the first time, of course I was worried, what if they disappear with documents and money (I observed such cases). But Valentina was always in touch, patiently answering my sometimes tedious questions. Five times we came to them without agreeing. Always in place. Always clear. The agency picked up the tour through the tour operator Annextur. Read bad reviews and started to hysteria again. I don't know, maybe this operator works differently in different regions. But we didn't have any problems. Everything is clear - a visa, passports with a visa were handed to us at the airport at 3 am (departure at five) in Kyiv. The flights are on time, the guides in Spain are excellent. The buses arrived right on time. The planes were good, the flight from Spain was delayed for half an hour, they were waiting for compatriots walking around Dutifree. They are already at "relaxation" - let the whole world wait. . . . . I am very grateful to Valentina Slautina and Valentina Tesla from the agency "Let's go with us" at 88, Kirova Ave. in Dnepropetrovsk. Next time I will contact them.
