I GIVE THIS COMPANY A HUGE MINUS FOR MY BREAKING WEEKEND(((

today early in the morning I arrived from a sightseeing tour Kaunas-Trakai-Vilnius. I share my impressions and say DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. . Firstly, our accompanying guide (Xenia) is not a competent leader who does not know his duties. disregard for those whom he accompanies and does not know his work (the organization is completely absent). We left on time as planned and did not portend any trouble. the whole bus had a wonderful mood. but it quickly deteriorated after we got stuck at the border. our bus was cut off by other buses. someone got in without a queue. and our leader said, "Well, I'm going with you too." after 5 hours of standing just the whole bus raised a scandal. and no matter how strange our Ksenia went and resolved the issue, after 2 minutes we crossed the border. everyone seemed to sigh, but no time passed and everyone realized that the driver got lost and we left the route and everyone repeated to us: "that we are not going for the first time." after almost 12 hours of arrival on the bus, we were brought to Kaunas and sent on a city tour in the rain. not even asked who wants to go to the toilet or not. Or even worth lunch. Mind you, it was around 3pm. . . . . this terrible day smoothed out the check-in at the hotel (the hotel was 3 but very comfortable. and the breakfast was good). although the rooms were still being cleaned upon arrival. On the second day we moved to Trakai. everything went according to the program. but then kasyaki began with a new one. toilet lunch and competence is completely absent. Upon arrival in Vilnius, the hungry went on a city tour. after it, we were advised a cafe where you can quickly eat. as a result, we waited for an hour for an order and dinner took place at 18.00 in the evening. on the bus, neither films (TVs hung) nor music were turned on for us. Good thing the oven worked. In short, in the end, it was a nightmare weekend ((((think about it when you choose a company. Because you bring money to them. And on the bus there was another employee of this company who was supposedly on vacation and behaved disgustingly. She cursed with us and tried to then to prove it. no, just to apologize to everyone.
