For the first time I used the services of this large company. We visited Paris for the May holidays of 2013. We ordered 2 rooms at the hotel. For both rooms, rooms of the lower category were provided. At our requests and demands, neither the Pilot, nor their partner in Paris, the UTA company, nor the hotel Lebron didn't respond. Upon my return, my claim was considered and fed with “breakfasts” for 2 months, until they simply stopped responding. My advice: do not use the services of a company that does not value the most important thing in its work - reputation! You risk spoiling your mood and actually losing money!
