Beware of scammers!!! Firm "Pilgrim-M" Kyiv, st. Sofievskaya 23. We ordered and booked a bus tour of Europe (with a visit to Poland, Hungary or the Czech Republic, Germany) in the month of November, with the aim of going on the 20th of January. Departure was planned on 22, as we were offered a tour from 23 to 26. We paid without delay and immediately. And somewhere in a week, the operator calls us and offers to change the tour to something similar (Hungary, Austria, Germany), we agree that the holidays will not disappear. The tour starts on January 24th. We have tickets to Lviv on January 22 in our hands (I remind you that the first round was from the 23rd). Should we change tickets, or spend the night at the station? But the most fun began in three days. There are no infolists, only promises to call back. 21 we find out that the company "Pilgrim-m" entrusted the design of the tour to its partners from the company "Tatur", I call there. I can hardly get through to the deputy director Nikolai Korol, to the director. They promise to investigate and call back. Nobody ever called back. I called the "Pilgrim-M", the director Lyudmila, and here a surprise awaits us. Documents are not issued, visas are not issued. Naturally, the tour was canceled for us, they promise to return the money. (And who will return the ruined holidays?) We are going to the Pilgrim. Money is returned only on the condition that they return all documents confirming the application to the agency (that is, receipts and contracts). They claim that this is their first time. The director of "Pilgrim-M" refers to the poor quality work of his partners from "Tatura", promises discounts for some excursions in some other tour (this sounds ridiculous). And he threatens if I write a bad review about the company on the Internet, she will place us on the black list of tourists (I wonder why? We paid on time and absolutely! Documents were provided on time. They took their own money back, well, forgive me! You did not provide us with a service and ruined we have a rest!!! Offered the director an alternative. In three days, arrange another tour and visa and offer. To which I heard the phrase "So it will cost more" (Sorry, but these are not my problems anymore?) The rest is ruined. My friend is offended by me (they had to go together). We have not received compensation for moral damages.. So thanks to the swindlers and scammers from Pilgrim-M, we lost our rest, spoiled our mood and lost time. DO NOT CONTACT THE PILGRIM-M COMPANY. These people cannot be trusted!!!
