I am a 2nd grade mom. We booked a tour to the factory of Christmas decorations. The travel agency took over all the worries - escorting the traffic police without problems and on time, additional entertainment for children, the most interesting story of the "children's" guide by vocation !!! Despite the queue of other buses - we did not have to wait! - We are out of line. A week later, we also received a CD with our video as a gift "JUST SO". It's nice to get more than you expect. I ADVISE EVERYONE!!!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL.
