I did not like the organization of the tour in Israel.

I chose the company by accident. I bought a tour to the Holy Land from 04/05/2014. to 12.04.2014

To begin with, the tour was moved a day. For some reason it was bad with tickets for more than three months. Discount flight there was without warning, with virtually no food. It is not suitable for everyone for health reasons.

During the return flight, the group was divided into two parts.

One part flew out early in the morning. The bus to the airport was waiting for more than an hour after the appointed time and for a long time they found out the reason for his absence by phone.

Accompanying Alexander at first did not want to wait for the end of the personal search at the airport. We insisted and he stayed. Organized everything well in the end.

And the other part of the group flew away in the evening. The car was delivered on time, but the escort was not given. There was no one with knowledge of the language. There were problems at the airport. No one warned that this flight is allowed 15, not 20 kg.

Then there were many troubles that could have been avoided with the presence of an escort.

Poor escort was in Israel. Guide Yuzifovsky Boris paid a lot of attention to shops to the detriment of the program. True, he tried to get us to the festive service in the Church of the Annunciation and in the Gornensky Russian Monastery. But we didn’t get to the Russian Spiritual Mission at all, because they didn’t take us there, but offered to go on our own, and indicated the wrong time for the evening service. When we got there, the service in the Trinity Church ended and everything was closed.

We saw a lot, a lot of emotions. I still want to visit the Holy Land, but not with the Ark.

I won’t buy more vouchers in the Ark and I won’t advise anyone.
