I took a ticket to the travel company "Palladium" and not for the first time. I have a rest in Hurghada regularly, and I have already been to this hotel twice, the SUNRISE MAMLOUK SENTIDO PALACE RESORT & SPA 5 * hotel. I flew from the Anex tour company, a good tour operator. Arrived in Hurghada, quickly passed customs control. We arrived at the hotel, we were put on hotel bracelets and, as regular tourists, we were provided with cards with discounts for the SPA center and massage parlor. Check-in was immediate, no extra money was given for the room. The room was on the first floor, overlooking the heated pool. The room is very big, everything in the room worked. The bar put a bottle of water per person every day. The food is very good. Every day they gave crabs, chicken, chicken skewers, sushi, in the morning there was freshly squeezed juice and there were a lot of fruits (strawberries, melons, apples, tangerine oranges, kiwi, guava), ice cream was also free (in the restaurant and in bars). Once they gave an Egyptian delicacy - fried pigeons.

The hotel area is very large, clean, comfortable, a lot of pools. Every evening there are entertainment shows. The only negative is that UIA postponed the return flight to an earlier time, I was shocked. Well, what to do, I had to fly.

About the travel agency. Managers, as always, promptly prepared my documents for departure. They work in good faith, no complaints in their direction. They provided a good discount, for which I am very grateful to them. Upon arrival in Donetsk, I went to the office and personally thanked them.
