This is the first time I've encountered such a responsible travel agency.

Responsibility and decency are the forte of this agency. We used them to apply for a foreign passport in the summer of 2014 in Donetsk, to be honest, after all the events in the city, the OVIR does not work, we did not hope to pick up our passports. But no, the girls called when the OVIR opened for a week, we came and took it away. And our acquaintances did it in another agency - they can’t find passports. →

We would like to express our gratitude to the manager of the travel agency "It's time to rest" Svetlana for her travel experience, thanks to which we went to rest in the chic Sharm region, but wanted to go to Hurghada. Svetlana told all the great moments of the rest that awaited us there and was not mistaken. We didn’t want to leave!! ! She quickly responded to our claims to the air carrier Air Onix, which delayed the flight there and reduced the time spent back, in total by 20 hours (but this is a separate story and there will be a review about this airline). →

We spent a wonderful vacation with my husband and children in Turkey. We travel often, we worked with several travel agencies in Donetsk, and here we were in the "Glutton", passed by and decided to go in, tomorrow they came already with payment - and they offered an excellent hotel, and the price is cheaper than others. The girls are professional and very attentive. →
