This nightmare began with the old junk buses instead of the promised Neoplan. Drivers are boors (it's hot for you - you're in the cold, oh, if you're cold - the air conditioning is at zero). The representative of the travel agency Natasha just shrugged her shoulders, saying, deal with them yourself! Administrator Larisa at the Flamingo villa, Alushta, is an amazing lady: she answered all questions - but how do I know! The linen was not changed even once in 10 days, the TV did not work, there was no freon in the air conditioner and it was set on a timer (turned off every 20 minutes), the boiler was tightly swaddled with tape so that the temperature was not added.
