We have mixed feelings about the service.

The process of booking and buying a tour went through with its own nuances, which were soon resolved. It's not critical. After receiving tickets and vouchers in my hands, I talked with my manager on the penultimate day before the end of the tour, because of the questions I had. If those had not arisen, I assume so, then at the stage of receiving my tickets and vouchers, the dialogue would have been completed completely. To the questions that arose about the staff and possible solutions to the problem, the manager answered something like this, “Are you serious? This is Egypt, there is such an attitude towards everyone, especially since you are leaving tomorrow. Then, nevertheless, it was possible to achieve that the issue was somehow resolved. The manager asked me to write a review to send to the tour operator. I wrote a review to the manager, what happened next and whether he got to the tour operator remains a mystery. Either I caused the manager to have such a negative attitude towards me, or the manager just has such an attitude towards customers. In any case, I don’t think that clients deserve such treatment, after all, communication and communication with them is the job of a manager. I can say with confidence that not all the staff of the travel agency is like that (based on the reviews of people I know well). It was a mistake to believe that the reviews of one manager correspond to the rest. This may be an isolated case among the staff of the travel agency. But as everyone knows very well, a fly in the ointment spoils a barrel of honey.

I won’t stop my choice of this travel agency anymore, so that, in the worst case, I won’t be even more disappointed.
