Incompetent travel agency

In the second half of October, we purchased a package tour to Egypt for four at this travel agency. The tour operator was supposed to be served by the tour operator "On Vacation", however, the next day after we paid the full cost, they called us back and said that the tour operator and the hotel where we were supposed to rest had some problems and suggested that we either choose another hotel , or fly to the same one, but through another tour operator, and then you still need to pay extra. Both options did not suit us and we decided to take the money. According to clause 2. 2 of the signed agreement, "In the event of a change in the program at the initiative of the Tour Operator, and in connection with this, the tourist refuses the tour, the Tour Operator undertakes to return the full cost of the tour through the Travel Agent, and the contract for tourist services is considered terminated." When we came for the money, we were told that due to the conditions of the bank they use, they can only return the amount in installments within a few days. As a result, "within a few days" turned into several weeks, and in the end they refused to return the money in full, referring again to the bank, saying that it charges interest for withdrawing money from the account. For all my attempts to prove their case and take the money, the travel agents first tried to prove to me that we ourselves had refused the trip, and when they failed, they simply said that no matter what they did, we would not see this money. Dear tourists who decide to use the services of the Travel Agency "Relax!", think several times before doing this - this travel agency does not respect customers and does not care about its reputation.
