Incompetent employees

We bought an individual ski tour from Orion Intour. Anna Dvoinykh worked with us. There were 4 of us and we were offered a 2-star boarding house near the center. The hotel is not bad, the price is affordable and the location is good. At first, Anna told us that the price per room would be 30 euros / day, after 2 days the price became 50 euros / day, they say the manager was mistaken, and 30 euros / day is the price per person, they gave us a discount of 10 euros / day for "inconvenience" "In fact, the hostess rents a room for PLN 80/person. (=20 EUR/day). I have no complaints, because I understand that the company must earn.

We also ordered from the travel agency the passage of Lviv-Zakopane by charter bus. We received visas before leaving, as well as all information about the tour. They relied on Anna's competence and did not double-check everything for the 100th time, because Before that, everything was rechecked and clarified. It turned out that the visa was issued for 8 days, and the tour was 9 days. Our departure home was on the night of the 8th to the 9th day, they began to shake us at the border, because we are 3 hours late and need to be deported. I can't express our hysteria that day. Night, Saturday, even the travel agency can not call. It turned out that we ourselves had to cover our butt. Thanks to the driver's lie, they took pity on us and nevertheless let us through customs. It turns out that having paid 250 UAH for a visa, the company and their manager arranged a "fun" way home for us. We came to the conclusion that from now on we will issue visas for ourselves and will not apply to companies, because we can save money and reduce risks.
