The Orion-Intour company refuses to return the money for the failed tour due to the failure to open a visa for us. The authorities of the agency do not make contact, the managers of this agency do not make contact, they are not going to help. We thought that we would disperse in the normal way, but I see that they do not want this. In conversations, they are fed breakfast, they refuse to return the amount, citing the fact that the tour operator Natalie-Tour does not return the money to them. But this is not our problem, we concluded an agreement with an agency, not a tour operator.
After responding to an official request for a refund, I will file applications with consumer protection, the police and the Ministry of Tourism, which issues licenses to such organizations.
