But thank God that we had no incidents, otherwise we could only rely on ourselves. Upon arrival in Kiev, we complained directly to the head of the Udod company, but no one listened to us, an hour and a half was wasted, which indicates that this company is not as good as they said about it, perhaps people who created a positive image no longer work there, but the director spit on us customers.
