Deception of tourists by the operator 'Orbita'

Terrible tour operator! At Tivat airport 30 min. were looking for a host for a transfer, barely found a Montenegrin without an identification plate, with a crumpled leaf in his hand, where 6 names of tourists who were supposed to be brought to Budva were printed. They settled in a completely different place (we bought a tour to Villa Vanja in Kyiv, but ended up in a hostel: the name that this is a villa is nowhere to be found, there is no reception, on the business card and WiFi there is a completely different name: Lazovic, there is no safe, the address is different ). We called the manager of Vipturs (the host), and at the meeting we found out that we were not the first to be deceived this year. In Kyiv, our travel agent also tried to clarify the situation at Orbita, but there was no clear explanation for what we paid 865 euros for. Because of such scams, "Orbita" and other tour operators, unfortunately, undermined confidence. I warn all my friends about vigilance so that, based on our bitter experience, they do not use the services of "Orbita". The fact that even in this situation we had a great rest in Montenegro for two weeks is only our merit and our agent Yulechka, who called every day and worried about us, and tried to get the truth, or at least monetary compensation from Orbita, because the paid us for accommodation the price is several orders of magnitude higher than the quality provided.
