From August 23 to 28 we rested in Montenegro (Rafailovici,
hotel "Three fishermen". We were sent by the travel agency "Orbita", Kyiv,
hosted by the travel agency R-Tours, represented by Buric Marina.
In general, we had a good rest, if not for the incident with a return flight.
On September 26, we received an SMS from Orbita that the return flight
will take place not at 12-30 (as it was in the tour program), but at 18-10.
The whole day on September 27, we had to work on clarifying this
information. We went to Budva, to the R-tours office. They told us they didn't know anything. Ms. Buric told us the same thing on the 26th and 27th, and even on the morning of September 28th. We didn't ask for anything special. I just had to say. God bless him that we paid for the transfer, we would have got there on our own.
It fills up and the bus and 40 people are being taken to the airport! Sat at the airport for 5 hours.
The accompanying pani did not bother to apologize, just silently
turned around and left (this is in Budva). How about just saying goodbye? And to say thank you for choosing our company? The shock was severe.
Therefore, tourists ask the Ukrainian operator with whom they work in Montenegro, and we do not recommend using the R-tours company.
