Thanks to the company for a wonderful holiday. we have been in Turkey three times before, all the hotels were 5 *. When they came to Alexandra, they did not even consider Turkey and did not want to go there. We planned to go to Cyprus, everyone chose us here, but no luck, we were refused, because there were no places in the hotel. And then we were offered to consider the IC santai family resort 5 * hotel. To be honest, we were led only by the price, it suited us very well. And we believed Alexandra's director, because our friends convinced us (they constantly use their services) that she can be trusted, she knows hotels very well and travels a lot around the world. We agreed and have no regrets. Everything was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, the food is beyond praise. The girls at the company are great, they work very well, everything is clear, very friendly, attentive. But we especially want to thank the director, she is very clever. Very intelligent, interesting, listen to her and do not want to leave. The important thing is that she very quickly determines what a person wants to get from a vacation and is not afraid to make a decision for us in choosing a hotel and a country. It is obvious that he loves his job very much.. We talked with friends that one should probably be born like that, it is unlikely that you will learn to be such interesting people. We really liked their approach to work - no one imposes anything, they don’t call ten times on the phone and don’t ask what we have chosen, they don’t hang noodles. . . Come, you are always welcome, but no one pulls by the hand. They do their work clearly, without unnecessary promises, I would even say, on the contrary, they unnecessarily warn. We are all happy. .
