Hello . I would like to share my impressions of the trip organized by this travel agency. We decided to spend Christmas in zakopane, and since we are not avid skiers, we decided to combine the useful with the pleasant: skiing-excursions. We look at the site, the program is excellent: a day of riding is a day of excursion. Great, let's go. And we arrived ....
Once in the lions for the first time, we hoped that at least they would take us to the bus by phone, we call the group leader, and she tells us: go in front of the bus station. We leave, and there in which direction you don’t look, there are only buses and everything is buried. I had to cut circles for half an hour and look for such and such a bus. Oh joy, our bus, let's go...
Upon arrival, we were immediately settled in the hotel MARIA 4. It should be noted that the hotel is not bad, the food is excellent and varied, the portions are large, the rooms are cleaned every day. BUT there is nothing else in the hotels (no fireplace, no billiards, and no one warned that there was no Russian-language TV channel). The site says that it is 500 meters to krupovka (this is their main street with all kinds of entertainment), but as it turned out, not 500 meters, but 4.5 km. And then the most interesting thing. The leader of the group is a COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT girl who has no experience in managing a group, she can’t really organize and tell what is here where she can’t, and the entire tour program is on the site, it’s only on the site, but in fact: we don’t go there, we don’t go there we eat, and there is paid parking.
And if you ask a question about the program, the answer is: yes, it's very close here, take a taxi and go yourself. That is, I myself have to look for where it is a taxi and go to where we should be taken collectively (I'm not saying that it's free, of course, we would pay for the road, according to the program) And all the excuses are that the group does not want to. Although, for the sake of principle, I interviewed everyone who wants to go to Slovenia, 14 people gathered, and we were told that there were no people who wanted to. It was the most boring and poorly organized tours I went on (and only 11 tours).
For those who are going to Poland, I want to say: it is best to buy euros in Ukraine, and then change them to zloty - 1 euro = 4 zlotys. Our hryvnia is not valued at all there. A good meal for two costs 35-40 zł.
And be sure to visit the thermal baths at Bialka (this is the only place for which I am grateful for this tour)
If my impressions are useful to someone, I will only be glad.
