It was not the first time I went from this travel agent, I also always recommended him to my relatives and friends. Three times my sister and her husband went from her on my recommendation. And we have never been offered a discount for the next tour, usually discounts are given to regular customers. But we didn't even ask about them. We believed that the person (Victoria) was competent and, most importantly, that it would help to have a good rest, although there were a lot of offers from travel agencies, but we were conservative in our choice. As a result, they paid the price.

I believe that the travel agent receives a small percentage of our trip and, in addition to the usual printing of tickets, must guarantee the correctness of the list of documents for the trip, the departure and the quality of the proposed hotel. Who does not know, from 10 to 20% the travel agent receives from your tour, this is the monthly salary of people at the factory !!!). FOR WHAT?? Yes, for such money, the travel agent is obliged to take care of the correct information on the collection of documents. My story was known to her, the nuances too, I prepared the documents according to her list, provided in printed form. As a result, when registering, we were not allowed out of the country! The tour was gone. Having raised the floor of the airport to our ears, having paid 150 dollars, we were able to leave.

The most disgusting thing is that when I called Victoria, I heard in response that if we did not agree at the airport, then we would not leave. She will not help in any way and it turned out that even the insurance against non-departure, which I ordered and repeated several times that it was important for me, since the child was sick and we risked not leaving at all, she did not even issue.

Naturally, the rest was spoiled and a lot of money was spent not planned and through no fault of ours. Although the hotel itself turned out to be normal, but we could go to it for 4000 UAH cheaper if we went from a competent travel agent.

After the arrival of the travel agent Victoria did not even deign to at least call back and apologize.
