We are very pleased with this agency. Compared to others that we have previously used agencies, everything here is just wonderful. Now we will turn exclusively to them for the organization of our tours. We really had a flight delay from Kyiv for about 2 hours. But everything was on time back. But the flight is quite comfortable.
