I bought a tour at the NashTour agency, I liked everything, the service was good. There was a problem with the quality of the transfer, because at the time of ordering the tour, the Join up company did not appear at all as a tour operator. I found out who my tour operator was when I had already arrived in Turkey and almost missed my bus, which was supposed to take me to the hotel. I got absolutely everyone who met me, until they told me, according to my documents, who could serve this company. Among the information that I had indicated in the documents, I could not find who my carrier is, i.e. information from the agency was not received in full. Everything was fine with the flights, there were no delays.
