Having used the services of the travel agency "Navkolo retinue" I can say that I will not do this again. The road to the village of Morskoye lasted 18 hours, they promised 15 hours. Okay, this road can happen, the air-conditioned bus arrived. Shock in place. . . Instead of a good house and room, we were led to a chicken coop where two tiny beds and a 40 cm passage complete the door that props up the beds. The travel agency said about the kitchen and amenities: "it is located on the ground floor with 4 rooms." I want to tell you: the first floor is a street !!!!! To this, the agency said: "WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE!!! What is the first floor and what is the street?quot; We defended our rights and took the money for housing, searched for it ourselves, left it only for the road. Do not believe what you see in the photo, everything is a hoax. For them, there is no difference, they sit at home, they do not care. It's a shame for those people who stay and instead of "rest" - TORTURE. The adventure doesn't end there. . . Way back. A "comfortable" old bus without air conditioning arrives, the driver is the first time in those places. They take roundabout routes, they do not make normal stops. .. To which the agency said: "WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE - A NORMAL BUS, SO WHAT IS THAT WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING ??quot; And the fact that it’s hard for adults to go for 18 hours; but for small children and a pregnant girl? Before choosing a travel agency, read all the reviews and ask your friends for their opinion. Take your choice seriously so as not to spoil your long-awaited vacation.
