Horror!!

The travel agency Navoklo retinue gave us the opportunity to relax in the village of Zhdenievo at the Forel camp site. Have a rest... People! Never, ever go there in winter! Maybe in the summer it's good there, but in the winter it's terribly cold in the rooms !!! And this despite the fact that the winter this year is very warm!! My husband and I slept in clothes, under blankets!!! It was just awful!!!! Hot water shortage!! The beds are broken, the carpet is dirty and the shower (if you can call it that) is filthy!! Dining room... dripping from the ceiling! And it's cold again! They came to eat in outerwear! And I had to eat quickly so as not to get cold! And the attendants .. this is generally a separate story .. I don’t want to offend anyone, but I can’t find another word like frostbitten! To do something, you had to ask five times! It's a shame, because we went there to celebrate the New Year, so we hoped to have a rest .. We had a rest, damn it. I do not advise anyone! Even to the enemy!

In connection with this, I would like to "express gratitude" to the travel agency Navkolo Svit, who gave us the opportunity to ruin our vacation - bastards! Settling people in such conditions! So they cheated! We paid for a junior suite, and settled us in the standard! For the New Year's table, we paid 500 UAH per person, and ate mashed potatoes, cold meatballs, weathered salads and artificial caviar !! I am sure that I am not the only one who is outraged, but everyone who was there! No one even apologized to us! An impression of a lifetime...
