I went on a bus tour to Bukovel to ski. Enjoyed the accommodation and food. I really didn't like the attitude of the customer service manager. I got to the Carpathians on my own, and they refused to give me a discount for the fact that I did not use the services of transportation by bus from Kyiv to the Carpathians and back, although a friend was given a discount of 400 UAH the day before for the same reason. After that, there is no desire to use the services of this company.
