Cry from the heart

We decided to take advantage of the offer from the travel agency Navkolo Svіtu and relax on May holidays 2012. I’ll tell you right away the tour program is just super!! There are no complaints about him ... Special thanks to the wonderful guide Maryana (she is local and does not represent this tour company in any way!), Who for 3 days took care of each of the group and cheered for everyone with all her heart! We received a lot of interesting information from her! BUT how unfortunate the organization and the human attitude from the travel agency itself (accompanying and drivers) leaves much to be desired! I do not consider myself a person who finds a fly in the ointment in everything, I really love excursion tours and have something to compare with. From the tours I try to remember only the best and write too, BUT this review is just a cry from the heart ... I'll tell you how it was, then it's up to you to decide whether to use the services of this company or not ...

I can say for sure, the second time I will not use their services!!! It all started from the first day, upon arrival it turned out that there were not enough places for all the places in the declared hotel and without warning and at least not specifying the wishes of us (several people) they settled in a nearby cottage (300-500 meters) from the declared hotel, okay we don’t conflicting, especially since there are no special claims to the room (2 beds, a shower and a toilet + 2 tiny bedside tables, i.e. things were stored in a bag :) (they even tried to drive to the Hotel and the house (in the morning / evening), but we they didn’t even warn, they didn’t ask, it suits them, no .. you just live there and that’s it ... (all 8 people who stuffed it there had a small residue, and two girls simply couldn’t even live in the room that they were offered (there was only a sofa in it and in size it resembled a closet), they were overpowered next to the cottage.

I will not describe further adventures (they are standard as in any other sightseeing tour) (I can only warn those who wish to use this tour with this travel agency, the last day is declared in our program, as the Carpathian trams of the type of time are still offered like this: if the group organizes and orders a set lunch in a cafe (50 UAH), then we will have time to stop by the Goshevsky Monastery ... as a bonus (it is not included in the program), they said that they cook deliciously in this cafe ... maybe delicious, but the whole table decided that soup with rowing mivina (very peppered) and very salty (but tasty) potatoes are not worth it... they can cook tasty but not complex! and here's a miracle... even upon arrival at the Goshevsky monastery, we were in Kyiv at 2-40 .. you shouldn't take lunch (my personal opinion, supported by 10 one-thoughts), then I also want to recommend if you take a "tasting", then one is enough for 2-3... (it costs 60 UAH.

-and out of the 6 wines tried, almost everyone bought basically one), you decide for yourself during the tasting lunch ... we didn’t take it and didn’t regret who took it, they say it’s not bad .. (by the way, not a tasting, but a sample, they immediately warned :). After all, this review would not even exist if it were not for the "wonderful" road home. It all started with the fact that during the tour there was sunny weather and there was a constant struggle with the heat and the drivers :) On the way back, the struggle ended with threats to turn off the air conditioner, and unflattering remarks about the group. The "accompanying" of our group did not react in any way to these statements, they say, do what you want, because this is the way back and she is not in business, although on the site in the section: The price includes: the services of an accompanying person. As far as I understand, this includes both the road there and back!

Further even better: they put a “man” on the back of the seat (I don’t want to be like him, so let’s call him in quotation marks), who interfered if the chair was expanded (he motivated this by the fact that he had nowhere to put his legs ... like he is special , against this background, a loud argument broke out between us with a slap in the face (decide for yourself how to call such a "man"). This argument was heard by almost the entire bus while trying to speak out against the person sitting behind ... BUT the wonderful "accompanying" Oksana did not want to spoil your mood ... after all, she will soon leave (in Zhytomyr, although the whole group is further to Kyiv) and why should she go to help ... because she is already almost at home and YOU are a group as you wish ... With grief in half, my neighbor calmed down in the back, while promising to talk later.

The "accompanying" of the Kyiv group left, while promising that they would take us to where they had taken us from, but they took us from the South Railway Station and lo and behold :))) they bring us before even reaching the Central Station (at the turn near TAS), with a natural the group was indignant that they called a taxi and called to pick them up from the South Station, the driver was rudely told that they had brought him, and then as you wish :) no one bothered to warn about this that we were going earlier ... guess for yourself ... In general, the tour is magnificent BUT the attitude ... I will no longer use the services of the travel agency Navkolo svіtu! TOTAL: Excursion tours to be!! but with a different travel agency!!!!
