Bad attitude towards tourists

Dear tourists!

I want to tell you how my wife and I celebrated Easter in Transcarpathia together with the travel agency "Navkolo Svitu" in Zhytomyr - director Pilipenko Oleg Nikolaevich, head of the group Savchuk Oksana - on the tour "May holidays in Transcarpathia + Lviv. The cost of the tour is 1500 UAH per person, not counting the transfer and entrance tickets to the visited objects.

By the way, I want to say that we have traveled with this company for the third time.

We left Kyiv on April 30 as expected and arrived on May 1 at the destination of the village. Pylypets, Volovets district. We arrived without incident. We were placed in Natashka, allegedly in the "GOTEL", in the rooms there is not even the most elementary - face towels, shampoo, air freshener in the toilet. The room was cleaned once for all the time and then they took out only the garbage. One iron for the whole hotel.

And I especially want to say about FOOD - I have not seen such a disregard for visitors for a long time, in place of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine, license AB 392817, I would have deprived this company of a license for finding such a place of residence, and would have closed the Ministry of Health this "Gotel".

The food was disgusting to say the least.

It seems to me that a good owner would not feed visitors with this slop, hoping that they can return to him.

Last year we were in this hotel - and the food was good. And this year it's just awful, and they took a specific payment for set meals included in the price of the tour. May 5 - Easter Day - we were served incomprehensible rice all stuck together and one fried egg and tea apparently infused on straw without taste but with a very strange color. Separately, I want to say that a small cup of coffee (30-40 grams) with milk already costs 12 UAH. while in any cafe no more than 8 UAH.

But I would like to express special gratitude to the guides Maryana from Mezhhirya and Elena from Lviv. It was a pleasure to listen to them.

And we want to express our respect and gratitude to the driver Volodya from the Avtotour company in Zhytomyr, despite the fact that there should have been two of them and he was the only one serving us. THANK YOU SO MUCH

And in the end, I want to warn the following visitors to this site and the site of the company "Navkolo Svitu" DO NOT CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND ALSO WITH THIS "Gotel"
