We bought a tour to Bukovel from "Navkolo Svita" on weekdays. I liked the bus, I am the driver myself and went down from the second floor to see how they drive. Our guide was Julia, such a wonderful, punctual, pedantic person. The most beautiful guide I have seen, a young student girl, I would give her the highest mark. I went on a bus tour to Bukovel to ski. Enjoyed the accommodation and food. I really didn't like the attitude of the customer service manager. I got to the Carpathians on my own, and they refused to give me a discount for the fact that I did not use the services of transportation by bus from Kyiv to the Carpathians and back, although a friend was given a discount of 400 UAH the day before for the same reason. →

Terrible company and attitude! They also remove negative reviews from their page))) We bought the tour "Askania-Nova for the May holidays" through the tour operator "AVS Voyage". Our main goal was to visit the Askania Nova nature reserve, which, surprisingly, was also an optional excursion))). However, we spent only 2.5 hours in the reserve (a short tour of the arboretum and the zoo). →

Already twice went to Bukovel with this travel agency. From the positive: Neoplan bus, adequate price, normal living conditions, food. From the wishes: think about how not to linger in time. We arrived at 8:45-8:50 in Buka, which is a bit late. On the first day, we generally arrived somewhere closer to half past 11. And on the last day, for some reason, we decided to deviate from the schedule and leave instead of 16:30-16:40, indicated in the information sheet, at 16:00. →
