Already about 8 times we used the services of this company for organizing excursions, as well as trips to nature. I would like to note the high quality of transport and the professionalism of all guides (although we have recently been traveling with Natlya and Elena Ivanovna, because we really like them). Our team (we are doctors) is always satisfied. Once only unsuccessfully went, and then because of the weather. As an organizer, I want to note the simplicity of the procedure for ordering an excursion. If necessary, they come and bring all the documents, you can postpone the dates, if circumstances change, they always get into position ... Gifts (magnets, pens) are pleasantly surprised - a trifle, but nice. I read the previous reviews and I want to say that I did not recognize this agency in them ... somehow everything was always fine with us. People are different, you can't please everyone.
