05/09/13 went on an excursion to Uman. The trip that promised so much turned into a nightmare: we went from Kharkov to Uman via Kyiv and instead of 8 hours we spent 12 hours on the bus, so there was not enough time - the excursion in Sofiyivka Park turned into a gallop run, the group leader Elena returned 45 minutes later than the appointed time . Then we went to the canyon, where we were not shown anything that was promised. Further on the program, there was a fireworks display in Kyiv, but, of course, we didn’t have time for it, although according to the schedule we were supposed to arrive in Kyiv at 18:00, we barely arrived at 22:00, and in response to the group’s dissatisfaction, the leader accused us of that we went to the toilet for too long!
Thus, we spent almost all the time allotted for the tour on the bus and instead of a sea of impressions, we got enormous fatigue. I want to note the complete lack of organization, the whole schedule turned out to be a complete lie, and the tourists are to blame for experiencing natural needs, the group leader is absolutely incompetent and also rude! It was just awful!!!
