Many acquaintances drive cars, negotiate with hotels themselves - it comes out a little cheaper. But with a tour operator, you don’t think about train tickets, how to get from the train, where to go on excursions! This year we are going to "Tisa" in Yasiny, last year we were also in Yasiny, but in "Kramnytsa rizbarya" (made entirely of wood), this year, for the sake of diversity, we decided to change the hotel. →

Hi all! Just returned from Lviv with my wife. Manager Cyril from "Navigator Ukraine" picked up this tour especially for us. We lived in Lviv in the hotel "Sonata", the hotel is beautiful, without a single comment. We had 2 individual excursions around Lviv - old Lviv and mystical Lviv. Imagine - on a warm sunny October day, our guide - Mrs. Maria - in the magical Ukrainian language tells us about some kings, hetmans, gentry. →

We had a great trip to Uman last Friday, beautiful weather, a good bus, a nice driver Slava, Tanya from the company was traveling with us - she deserves a special merci! I liked it very much on the canyon, and the guide in Uman is super! the arboretum is magnificent, but of course the devastation is felt in this beautiful place. Thanks for the ride. →

Already about 8 times we used the services of this company for organizing excursions, as well as trips to nature. I would like to note the high quality of transport and the professionalism of all guides (although we have recently been traveling with Natlya and Elena Ivanovna, because we really like them). Our team (we are doctors) is always satisfied. →

05/09/13 went on an excursion to Uman. The trip that promised so much turned into a nightmare: we went from Kharkov to Uman via Kyiv and instead of 8 hours we spent 12 hours on the bus, so there was not enough time - the excursion in Sofiyivka Park turned into a gallop run, the group leader Elena returned 45 minutes later than the appointed time . Then we went to the canyon, where we were not shown anything that was promised. →

According to the tour description - everything should have been just great - departure by a comfortable bus at 23:45, arrival in Uman at 08:00, visit to the Sofievsky arboretum, lunch (optional for a fee), departure to Kyiv, from 19:00 to 22 :00 walk around Kiev, fireworks and at 23:00 departure back. In practice, it turned out - late departure (somewhere at 0:15), the bus is so comfortable :( that a man of average height could not fit his legs between the seats, there were many stops to Uman, for some reason we drove through Kyiv and eventually lost 4 hours. →

03/16/2013 together with the specified company visited the tour "Maslenitsa in Dikanka". the tour program included a visit to Poltava and Dikanka. In Poltava the excursion was normal. But when we arrived in Dikanka, at first we were alerted that there were no (very few) people. there were only about 5-6 tour buses in the parking lot. modern Dikanka is an ordinary village, without any hint of something Ukrainian, Gogol. →

The manager who organized the tour did not bother to negotiate with the airport management. As a result, a group of children who went on an excursion sat on the bus in front of the airport building for two hours. The manager answered all the questions on the phone with “So what” and “I don’t care”, she didn’t want to solve the issues. She offered to just look at the airport from the side. →
