Terrible travel organization

Hello! It is a pity that I did not find this site before the trip. . . The other day I returned from Bulgaria. I had a rest there last year, so I have something to compare it with. I have no complaints about the bus or the drivers. And from the organization of the trip by the company itself. . . . Thanks to them, the beginning of the holiday is wonderful! First, they did not leave the railway station, as normal operators do (because not all vacationers were from Lviv), that is, it was necessary to look for the right address. We left at 7 o'clock in the morning !! I still can't understand why? !!! We arrived in Bulgaria at 6 am, although all hotels check in after 14.00. We always get so early! Go for a walk! And this after 24 years on the road, in the morning, in the rain (we arrived and it was raining), and with a suitcase. We were a married couple with a child. How is this possible? Why go so early and bring tourists so early? If you know that hotels stay from 14.00! I was also surprised when I was dropped off at the bus stop closest to the hotel and ..

showed the direction where to go! That is, do not deliver to hotels! Card in hand and forward! Why do I need a senior group / manager who doesn't settle for me, but I do it myself? To wake up passengers in the cabin with messages about arrival at the border or a sanitary stop ?! If it weren't for the drivers of another bus, I would have been "winding circles" around my hotel for a long time without noticing the turn to it! Well, at the very end, please come to the stop to leave half an hour earlier. Why? Sit at the bus stop? Please, think first of all about the organization of comfort of YOUR clients - tourists! I will not use the services of this operator anymore and I will not advise anyone I know!
