Terrible charter.

We went to Croatia on 28.06-06. 07 2019. We used the bus charter "Mist Tour". It was a nightmare trip! First, the bus broke down and it took 5 hours to repair, but this is a life situation. And then the passage of customs and the return by the Hungarian side of the carrier's bus back to Ukraine, due to incorrectly executed documents. Then transfer to another customs office. As a result, we crossed the border at 8.00 29.06, although at 9.00 29.06 we were supposed to arrive in Croatia, and arrived at 3 am on 30.06. The day of rest was lost. Moving to Croatia was with stops only for the toilet. Therefore, we ate for the first time at 20.00 29.06.12 no food!!!! On the way back, the check-in was delayed by 3 hours. And again the border! Hungarian customs delays the bus. As it turned out, the bus initially went back and forth in violation of EU law (inter bus)!!!! It was necessary to pay a fine, but the company delayed the time. . . . Because of this, the tourists were in the handcuffs of the situation for 7 hours without food, water and toilet!!!!!! Although this problem could be solved within half an hour. Mist tour shifted the blame to the carrier, who, in turn, to the Hungarian customs officers. I don't recommend Mist-tour charter unless they change carriers!!!! PS. It's a pity for the girls of the guides, they are thrown "under the tanks". Thank you Martha and Lisa for their patience!!!!!
