Unfortunately, poor service, irresponsibility.

We took a package tour to Montenegro in June, for 1 person. In another travel agency, but the tour provider was Mist-tour (according to the voucher letter).

The travel agency itself, where they took, Royal Travel, worked well: a pleasant manager, respectful of wishes, was able to choose a good hotel for convenient dates (there were limitations).

-Although the manager of Kor.Travel has been asked several times whether he will take the bus directly to the hotel, in fact he stopped on the track. A taxi called by the hotel owner (and at her expense) corrected the situation, but the Bridge Tour is a clear minus. The reason stated by the driver: he can not drive to Petrovac na Moru (there was a rest), although the village has a bus station and hotels regularly brought tourists the same buses.

- on the day of return the bus was delayed by 3.5 hours, and the representative of the Mist-Tour did not warn the tourists, and in response said that '' she is a volunteer (!!!

) and it is her duty not to enter them to notify "This time the bus driver agreed to call at the bus station (after welding with him the hotel owner). -Tour on the good side.

Moreover, in response to the accusations of long-awaited bus passengers, the driver said that he broke down in the Mukachevo area, that is, a hotel representative had a day to inform tourists about the possible delay.

I highly recommend the city tour to work on the quality of service of their representatives. And I will think several times than to use their services again.
