Terrible bus transportation

Good afternoon ! I traveled in July from the Mist Tour (Lviv) to the Crimea. There are no complaints about booking a hotel - everything was as agreed. In addition to asking for a double bed, the room had 2 single beds. But these are trifles compared with the organization of bus transportation and the transport itself. On the way from Lviv to Alushta, 17 km from Alushta, the bus broke down. They fed us with promises that the bus was about to leave. After 2 hours of inactivity, the guide said that the bus would not go anywhere and assured that everyone would be put on passing transport to Alushta. But we had to get to Alushta ourselves - a guide in his profession - a complete zero! Can't organize anything. I had to take a taxi, which they themselves called, not relying on a guide. We returned to Lvov on August 5th. The ticket says that the place of departure is the Bus Station and the time of departure is 19:00. To play it safe, I called the company's office in Lviv and took the number of the guide. As a result, the bus left at 20:00 and not from the bus station, across the street from it. If they hadn’t fussed and hadn’t called back, I doubt that I would have left Alushta that day. Next is the most interesting. The bus was double-decker and with OUT OF WORKING air conditioning. The heat was just terrible. No open hatches helped. On top of that, on the way the bus broke down a couple of times (+ a couple of hours of downtime) and once a wheel broke through. And it was apogee how a driver with a GPS-navigator could not find Shevchenko Square in Lviv.

Bottom line: I and all my friends will never go on any bus trips with the Mist Tour. And I don't recommend you either.
