Decided to take a break with a friend. We bought a ticket to Montenegro, the start of the tour on 20.08.18. Not only did no one meet us upon arrival, we waited in the heat, on the road with suitcases and bags for about an hour. Upon arrival at Villa Michic, the room was not cleaned, we still had to wait an hour. wi fi does not work at all, there were days when it worked for a maximum of 2 hours. For the entire stay with us, they NEVER CHANGE linen, towels and there was no cleaning. The owners of the villa are inadequate elderly people. Our friend could not come to us for lunch, the woman was constantly yelling, and her inadequate husband rushed at him with a stick from a beach umbrella. They tried to resolve the conflict peacefully. We turned to a person from this travel agency, whose name is Oleg. He assured us that if a person presents his passport, he will be able to enter without any problems. After this situation, we were gone for 3 days (we went to Croatia), we were convinced that the conflict had been settled. But it was not there. Grandfather began to rush at the person again, yelling at us (as soon as they saw the camera, especially the woman, she began to behave normally, and her husband without brakes. What right do these individuals have to yell at me and trample on my dignity. After each such incident, my arms and legs were shaking. THEY HAVE THE RULES OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE VILLA ON THE KITCHEN CABINET, which states that a person who does not live in the territory is forbidden to stay AFTER 22.00. If I fell ill after that and swallowed handfuls of pills, then perhaps I could prove something in this country. The SP MIST TOUR team believes that such an attitude towards guests is in the order of things. Ruined the whole holiday. They are responsible for the quality of the provision of services, and by law they must guarantee my safety and rights (grafted on the provision of tourist services). One more thing. Departure from the villa at 9 AM and the bus at 10 PM!!! WHERE to go with suitcases?! For my money, they frayed my nerves !! ALWAYS read reviews!!
