I love Greece

I love Greece!!!!! For 2 years in a row I vacationed in different regions of this country on my own, but this year we decided to go with friends through the Mouzenidis company. At the first stage (documentation, at the airport) I can’t say anything bad. But during the entire stay at the hotel, only minimal knowledge of languages ​​​​(Greek, English) helped to "survive" in dreary conditions: our "guide" Evdokia on the day of settlement by phone said that she had a lot of points on the route, so she did not come to us will arrive. But we spent a sunny warm day swimming in the sea, not at all worrying about the lack of a guide. The next day we independently organized a trip to a neighboring city (the receptionist girl helped us a lot), and again the absence of a guide did not overshadow our stay. We were able to get to know her only when a fairly large group of tourists settled in a God-forgotten hotel - the greedy interest nevertheless brought the guide to the hotel !!!!! Of the options that could be chosen in the proposed program, there were only shopping in Thessaloniki, a trip on a yacht, which on a rainy day is not of interest, but we could arrange a trip to Kallithea, a trip to Meteora, a visit to Dion on our own. To the question: What can you offer? Can somehow correct the schedule (we used the weather conditions for several days as an argument) !!!, the "guide" just shrugged her shoulders. she couldn’t offer anything in return, and then she simply dissolved, realizing that we were not her potential clients)))) We didn’t see her anymore.

About the bus that was supposed to take us to Thessaloniki to the airport, she reported to the reception, but somehow strange: according to the receptionist, she was told that it would be at 5.25 in the morning. When we gathered in the hall (and we had 2 small children with us), the sleepy porter told us that the bus had already come and kicked us out into the street, there was no bus. When we once again tried to find out from him when the bus would be, he grunted that he was at 5 in the morning. Fortunately for us, the Mouzenidis bus came, but for the tourists on an excursion, and only thanks to the driver we found out that the bus should be. When the bus finally arrived and picked us up, and this happened only at 5.50, the company employee grunted with displeasure that she did not see the problem that we were standing with the children on the street for almost half an hour.

But the company's employees were working with might and main at the airport. It was still that circus, when instead of us they handed over passports for registration (at the same time, we had to check in our luggage on our own, having stood the second line after registration), and even if they suddenly came across people with a small child in their arms, they did not them without a queue for registration, but simply pushed the queue in the literal sense of the word, inserted people into the middle of the queue, like: let people with a child through!

Summing up, I can only say one thing: there is simply no such thing as a tourist, his interests in the Mouzenidis company. They absolutely do not care about tourists, the main thing is MONEY !!!

I love Greece very much, I will definitely come there, but I will not use the services of the Mouzenidis company and I will not advise others.
