Especially for the fact that I bought a tour of offers from 11.30 on 15.06.18. and actually flew to Turkey at 17.30 and drove to the hotel on 16.06.18. For the fact that on the way to the hotel I drove 4 hours by bus without air conditioning. For the fact that the representative of TPG Aziz Muradov t. + 905541952407 threatened me and the child to cancel the transfer back to the airport if I do not buy a tour to it (after which it was sent away). For the fact that TPG did not warn, AND IN THE AIRPORT PUT IN FRONT OF THE FACT that I fly not back to Lviv where I bought a tour, but to Kyiv with a bus transfer (all the way back was almost 18 HOURS), I had to with a sick child who had a fever 39 and rushed all the way to get home 18 HOURS. This is the worst tour operator on the Ukrainian market.

I do not know whether this review will be left on the site because this is the second time I am writing and trying to warn other tourists not to accidentally contact TPG scammers, and not to contact the Sea of ​​Tours, because employees are incompetent and can not protect their customers . If I do not fulfill the proposed obligations to compensate the client for non-pecuniary damage, then although the client will not be so worried, and will know that the tour agent is a sea of ​​tours is a responsible firm, which may not be able to fully fulfill its obligations carrier or tour operator), but feels guilty in front of the client and wants to make amends. I wish you to run your business with dignity, with your head held high, and not to lower your eyes and hide from customers.
