Everything suited us, the woman explained everything in an accessible way, prepared a package of documents. Everything was fine at all stages of registration. Our flights were not postponed, there were only delays of up to 5 minutes, but this is not at all critical. The guide, a representative of the operator, offered us excursions, but we were not very pleased with them. And they rode on a yacht and on ATVs, but they didn’t like it very much.
