We turned to them for vouchers only because our friends were going to rest from them ... a week later we were very sorry that we had contacted this "sharashka office" ... our friends managed to return their money with a scandal, but we were stuck in this negativity until the very trips. So much strength and nerves and sleepless nights were spent .. They can’t communicate, they can’t really offer something, but specifically the director Victoria. I have never met such indifference and inaction .. Until 2018, we were very lucky with travel agencies. I myself will not apply again and do not advise anyone ..
