When making the tour, there were some moments that we closed our eyes to (Nastya told us the amount of the tour in advance, but when we arrived at the office it turned out that this amount did not include insurance for the infanta 3500 UAH and you need to pay extra; when filling out the documents, I made mistakes, I had to refill it yourself; on the agreed day, they came to pay extra for the tour and pick up the documents, it turned out that they were not ready). Unskilled, incompetent, often asked questions to colleagues when booking a tour. And most importantly - DOES NOT OWN THE LATEST INFORMATION ABOUT HOTELS!!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! All this came to us in the following unpleasant moments: in the 5 * hotel Continental Plaza Beach Resort, our family (5 people) was settled in 1 room (not a family room), it's terrible; the whole hotel is dirty, there is no kettle and tea set in the room; old furniture; blankets, bedspreads in a terrible state; hot water runs in 5 minutes; nutrition is sooooo weak; alcohol can be drunk only after a certain time (non-beer is poured 1 time in 10 minutes); half of the hotel is not working; heated pool not working, beach towels we had to wear 5 pcs!!!!!! with myself. Just awful!!!! If Nastya had told us this information, we would have thought about whether to go there or not. And another IMPORTANT INFORMATION - after receiving the money, this travel agency simply forgets about its tourists !!!! When resolving issues from Egypt (we even managed to attract the director Konstantin Cheremkhivka - TO NO USE, he blamed the hotel for everything, fiercely defended the travel agent Nastya) This was the first and last visit to the travel agency More Turov.
