RECOMMENDED! Sveta (director of the travel agency) told everything in detail, found out the preferences. When we chose several hotels: they told in detail and then we decided on the hotel. All documents were ready about a week before departure (but it depends on the tour operator, not the travel agency). The day before the departure, Sveta herself checked whether there were any changes on the flight. During the holidays, she was always in touch if suddenly something happened.
