RECOMMENDED! Sveta (director of the travel agency) told everything in detail, found out the preferences. When we chose several hotels: they told in detail and then we decided on the hotel. All documents were ready about a week before departure (but it depends on the tour operator, not the travel agency). The day before the departure, Sveta herself checked whether there were any changes on the flight. → |
