We rested with this tour operator from 09/09/2013 to 09/24/2013 in Thailand. The decision to travel was spontaneous due to the weather in Ukraine. Since this is not the first time in Thailand, the program and hotels have been determined. Having contacted the travel agencies with which I constantly cooperate, I got my bearings on the prices for the tour this year. The prices did not make me very happy, because they were several orders of magnitude higher than in the past. I decided to leave a request on the Tournai website, having previously described the program, hotels, wishes for the host country, preferred airline and travel budget. The tour operator "Metropol Travel Group" immediately responded in the person of an employee, Victoria Ayvazyan. Professionally, without further ado, she asked questions about the wishes for the tour and the next day offered a tour that fully met my wishes, and especially the budget of the trip. I cooperate with this travel company for the first time, therefore, like any person, there were some concerns. But they were in vain. All operations (confirmation of hotels, provision of documents for the tour) were carried out clearly and on time, plus the friendly attitude of the staff and excellent discounts. The meeting party "Syama Travel Group" also did not disappoint. Meeting at the Bangkok airport with wreaths of lilies, a personalized SIM card of a mobile operator, maps of cities and islands to visit, all the necessary information (a description of the fruit is also present and a telephone directory of all hotel guides in Thailand) and even a waterproof backpack, it was all there. Hotel guides appeared on time and within the agreed time. Several times I had to contact them for help over the phone. Always got the info I needed. Transfers - minute by minute.

In general, the result: I liked to relax with Metropol Travel. I myself will contact this travel company and recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to the employee Victoria Ayvazyan. I will write a detailed trip report in the appropriate section.
