My perfect stay in Barcelona

From 03/16/13 until 03/23/13 rested at the Gallery Hotel. Good hotel! Clean room, quality European breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location. A very beautiful city with a lot of really interesting places. I highly recommend visiting.

But enough about the rainbow and joyful. On March 23, 2013, we arrive at Terminal 1 of Barcelona Airport. The check-in counter for the flight to Kyiv is empty, nearby is a crowd of people near the representative office of AK "UIA" and "aunty" broadcasts the latest information about the cancellation of the Barcelona-Kyiv flight. To the reasonable question of us, as new arrivals, when we will fly to Kyiv and where we will arrive before departure, we hear that no one will be placed anywhere, the money will not be returned now either, and the next regular flight will be on Tuesday 03/26/13. and the probability of boarding the flight is extremely low due to previous purchases of tickets by other passengers.

We offered to send us by other routes to Ukraine, to which we were told that in another terminal (the location of which no one indicated) there are several Russian airlines where you can find out about the availability of tickets "at least to Moscow." We are 11 people, incl. one woman in a wheelchair and two diabetics (insulin dependent) ran to the bus to move to Terminal 2. Running into it, we saw that there was a check-in for the Barcelona-Moscow flight of Transaero Airlines. We explained to the representative of the company Tatyana about our plight and are very grateful to her for her understanding and promptness. We bought air tickets for cash (344 euros / person). Our flight was delayed for our departure. There were 5 more people who wanted to fly on this flight too, but there was not enough time for their registration.

The Russian representative of the airline was shocked by such an attitude of UIA to its passengers and the reputation of the company (and that of the company, by the way, of the country). The adventures of "Ukrainian tourists" now in Russia did not end there. Upon arrival in Domodedovo at 22:15 Moscow time in -17 degrees below zero and knee-deep snow, we are faced with the fact that the flight to Donetsk will be only at 16-40 on 24.03.13. and the ticket costs 135 euros/person. And ahead of the night and in the halls nowhere to fall an apple - around the inhabitants of Central Asia. There is no more money on the phones and in the pockets! By the evening of March 24, 2013, we finally got to our native Donetsk.

Dear compatriots, how long will this arbitrariness continue - a tour of agents, airlines and other organizations that live and are healthy for our money, and we are “decently served” like that.

Naturally, they called the tour agent of "Merezha agents" GARYACHI TOURI "Genba Tatyana Nikolaevna with a request to help in this situation, to resolve the issue of departure or accommodation before the next flight. After all, we are in a foreign country! To which we received the answer that “Boryspil airport is closed, it’s snowing heavily in Kyiv, and we can’t help you with accommodation in Barcelona, ​​if you want to look for hotels and departure options yourself. It's not their fault, read the contract!!!"
