A couple of days later they called - the group did not pick up. "What to do?quot; we ask. "Your trip is postponed to next Sunday," was the reply. The answer was a man who did not introduce himself. The next Sunday we were surprised to learn that the departure will take place (and will it take place?) clearly according to their schedule, that is, in a couple of weeks. At the same time, no one can guarantee the departure itself. To my question: "And if I myself recruit the required number of applicants, can you arrange a trip at a convenient time for us?quot; I get the answer "No, only when the trip is on our schedule." It seemed surprising to me: I do work for the agency, I bring a team that is ready to give their money ... But the agency is not very interested.
But I want to go on the chosen route. Today I call again (the phone is picked up by a man who again does not introduce himself). I ask the question: "What weekend tours are you planning for next weekend?quot; Answer: "Do you have Internet? Go to the site and look!" The desire to communicate is gone, but still I try: “Okay, I’ll see, but can you tell me what are the prospects for the chosen trip? Is the group recruiting? I explain that we have already tried to go once and even left an advance payment. guarantee anything? If you get enough - you will go, if you don’t get enough - you won’t go. "All the other companies where I called, kindly explained to me where there are already applications, and where the trip most likely will not take place. "Well, well, I sigh if you work like that. ..And then I get: “And you change your tone. Then I will talk to you, and if you don’t like our agency, contact another!” I said that's what I would do and hung up. Explain what it was? And how can I go anywhere with such people if I just want to bring them my hard-earned money, but I run into such rudeness (well, I appreciated this conversation that way)? And if I have already paid and I'm sitting in their bus, imagine what can expect me? A friend said that I talked with the director of this company. I'm at a loss: this is not how we talk with customers for a long time even at the market.
