Unfortunately, I managed to contact this company this year regarding the purchase of a bus ticket to Bulgaria. I talked with Nadezhda, who, due to her lack of proper competence, told me by phone that the bus was leaving from Privoz, Odessa. I repeated to her several times that I have only one hour between the train and the bus, I will be with a small child, so this is very important for me. After I bought a train ticket, two hours later I received a letter from her that it turns out not from Privoz, but from some other bus station, which is 3 km from the railway station (40 minutes on foot), with the addition "Where- then under the railway market Privoz. For us, this is nearby, this is a subjective opinion." And after I started to resent the information that was incorrectly provided to me, she said, they say, if you want to go, if you don’t want, don’t go. Then I "changed my shoes" one more time on the topic of whether they would wait for us, 15 minutes, if they were late. Since the jamb was really hers, and we can no longer return the tickets. In general, the most disgusting person, this Nadezhda, is rude and brazenly deceives, gets out. I highly do not recommend the office for cooperation!
