Unfortunately, I managed to contact this company this year regarding the purchase of a bus ticket to Bulgaria. I talked with Nadezhda, who, due to her lack of proper competence, told me by phone that the bus was leaving from Privoz, Odessa. I repeated to her several times that I have only one hour between the train and the bus, I will be with a small child, so this is very important for me. →
We went to Bulgaria for two years in a row with Mediatour and Doris. Both times we were satisfied with the paperwork and transportation. We chose the hotel ourselves, so that later we would not make any claims against anyone. We were also lucky with the hotel. The buses are new, comfortable, there were no complaints about the drivers, the main thing is not to sleep at the wheel. →
In July 2011, we went on vacation to Bulgaria by bus. The driver Stoyan, both there and back, constantly smoked on the bus, despite the remarks of the pass- fathoms, the presence of children and what is prohibited by the laws of Ukraine and the European Union. At the same time, it was very hot in the cabin on the way back. Television turned it on only in the evening. → |
