Well organized but terrible bus

Gathered with the company to ride in Bukovel. We went there for the first time, so we did not know what and how. On the Internet, we found the Megatour travel agency and contacted the manager Irina via Skype. She explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions. Because. we are from another city, found a parking place for us, agreed for the front seats (some of our guys get motion sickness), her work can be rated 5+. Everyone gathered at the indicated place on time and began to wait for the bus. . . . and then the shock. Tolley did not get the full group, only what else, but !. . instead of a comfortable bus, we are served an ancient cart for landing. On any bump, this cart throws and shakes, it is not possible to expand the seats, because the rear passenger has nowhere to put his legs. The telly in the bus at first showed in black and white, then someone tricked it and it began to show in color. Movies on the player do not play normally, they go in jerks. At stops (15-20 minutes), the engine was turned off and the stove was turned off, and the doors were left open, those who tried to sleep woke up from the cold. And the speed of movement was almost the first space, the only ones who did not overtake us were tractors. We drove 450 km in 10 hours. . . . Horror. . . But as far as I understand, this is not the merit of the travel agency. They don't take anyone anywhere. There is a certain Alexander Ruban, he organizes trips for several travel agencies that simply sell his tours on their own. Alexander organized everything else well, and the transfer to the ski lifts and accommodation and meals taught everyone who wanted to learn to ski for free, but the guys clearly made a mistake with the bus. Will I go again with Megatour and Alexander? I don’t even know, it seems like everything is not badly organized, but still there is no more desire to ride in such a trough.
