Terrible organization

I want to leave a review about the travel agency. We went with her to the tour Vinnytsia-Uman-Medzhibizh on May 23-24. The tour itself is worth a look, but the organization of the tour is awful !! It seems that the accompanying person, whose services were included in the cost of the tour, did not understand their responsibilities. During the two days of the tour I did not understand her role in this trip (everyone bought entrance tickets separately, lunch was not organized, time was not used rationally). Another point is the terrible living conditions. Third, the approximate time of arrival in Rivne is 12 o'clock at night. We arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning and the reason was not force majeure on the road or problems with transport, but simply not organized stops, which lasted a very long time. The leader of the group allowed to arrange a binge on the bus, which is not very comfortable for those people who did not participate in it.

And keep in mind that no contract will be concluded with you, you will not be given payment receipts and no one knows whether you are insured.

You can conclude that these places are worth a visit, but choose another travel agency
