A little late with the review - but the good impressions have not been erased :)
I contacted the company as the one offering the best price at the time of the search. The prices on the website are correct. The description of the hotel and the surrounding reality also fully corresponded to the information that I received from Vladislav Krivolap.
Since I have traveled a lot, I have general criteria for comparison. This time we were in Sri Lanka. Anyone who has been not only there will confirm that the country is specific: the entire "tropical paradise" ends outside the gates of the hotel, where, in fact, the Indians rule, most of them beggars, often swindlers and not burdened with a craving for beauty and sanitation.
However, Vladislav gave us this information without embellishment - accordingly, we were ready for what we saw. Initially, the priority was the hotel and the beach. We got what we were looking for.
I was pleased with the adequate reaction of the travel agency to our minor troubles: after a long flight, we were forced to "enjoy" a 7.5-hour bus ride over a distance of as much as 140 (!) Km. At the heart of the "record" is not the traditionally disgusting movement of Sri Lanka, but the irresponsible behavior of the host guide, who stuck around at the airport with a bus for 2 hours because he thought that he forgot someone there, and then, having got into the midst of local traffic jams, who was extremely eager to stand under every bush in order to acquire a valuable and vital SIM card for a pair of Russo-tourists, who had to be built together with a guide.
The call with reasoned dissatisfaction was received adequately in Passion Fruit. In addition to apologies and understanding, we unexpectedly received a "built" host travel agency that organized a return individual transfer in the highest class, at no extra charge.
